Social Media and Marketing Manager and influencer

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager with influencer experience to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing innovative marketing strategies, managing social media channels, and engaging with audiences to build brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing analytics, with a keen eye for branding and public relations. Duties • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Manage daily social media management tasks using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent posting schedules and engagement. • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software. • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and web traffic through Google Analytics and web analytics tools. • Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively. • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and community growth. • Manage public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing brand reputation, and coordinating influencer collaborations. • Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly to refine strategies using Google Analytics and other analytics tools. • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate social media efforts with sales initiatives. • Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and professionalism before publication. Qualifications • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools; graphic design skills are essential. • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer. • Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns. • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social listening techniques. • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management. • Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms. • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in messaging consistency. • Skills in photography and video editing are highly desirable for creating original visual content. • A proactive mindset with the ability to analyze data insights for continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
