What you’ll do: Create standout video led social content Lead concepts from idea → script → shoot → edit Capture high quality footage with mobile/light kit Turn your hand to create impactful graphic social assets Produce Reels, Stories, Shorts and carousels Spot trends early and adapt them for our brand Turn complex topics into clear, compelling stories What you’ll need: 2+ years creating organic social content Strong video skills (shooting + editing) Knowledge of paid social formats A sharp eye for design and storytelling Confidence guiding people on camera Curiosity, organisation and a collaborative approach Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut Channels: LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, YouTube What we offer: 25 days’ holiday (plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure) Company pension scheme Private medical care Employee Discount Scheme – an online platform for all staff offering a variety of discounts at various shopping outlets Cycle To Work scheme Overbury operates an Equal Opportunities Policy and are committed to building an organisation which actively promotes a culture that is free from discrimination.
