What you'll do:​ Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts, collaborate with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas ​ Go “high and wide” in accounts to build relationships with potential buyers and influencers; take a consultative approach to identify client issues that DHC can solve ​ Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities ​ Work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services ​ Lead critical renewals conversations ​ Meet and exceed renewal and expansion quotas ​ Accurately forecast opportunities and utilize CRM to manage your portfolio What you'll need:​ 3+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in Tech, Software, or IT​​ Experience in account planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams​ Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts ​ A powerful work ethic with energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm ​ Superior communication skills and proficiency crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools ​ A. or B.S. degree Why we love Definitive, and why you will too!
