Skiptracer (Auto Finance) – Remote

Are you an experienced auto finance Skiptracer who knows how to locate hard-to-find customers and drive real recoveries?
At SAFCO, we’re looking for someone who can go beyond dialing—someone who can investigate, negotiate, and close.
What You’ll Do
• Locate customers using advanced skip tracing tools and investigative techniques
• Handle delinquent accounts through inbound/outbound communication
• Negotiate repayment plans and voluntary surrenders
• Experience with dealing with direct recovery agents and national forwarders
• Be comfortable with meeting customer outbound call requirements and meeting other minimum KPI requirements
• Manage the repossession process with vendors
• Maintain strict FDCPA compliance and documentation standards
• Work accounts others can’t resolve
What You Need
• Auto finance collections / skip tracing experience (required)
• Strong understanding of repossession and recovery workflows
• Proven ability to find and engage difficult-to-locate customers
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with skip tracing systems, dialers, and loan platforms
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Work Setup
• Fully remote (U.S.-based)
• 1 week onsite training in Pompano Beach, FL
