About the Opportunity
Upic Solutions is seeking one transitioning active-duty service member to join our team through the DoD SkillBridge Program as a Data Entry (Pledge Processing Specialist) intern.
This remote internship provides hands-on experience in data processing, CRM systems, and nonprofit financial support operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate donor and campaign data management for nonprofit partners nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and update donor and pledge data in CRM systems
• Post daily cash receipts and assist with billing processes
• Generate donor acknowledgements and tax receipts
• Support file imports and reconciliation activities
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy standards
Qualifications
• Active-duty U.S. service member within 180 days of separation
• Approved or eligible for DoD SkillBridge participation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured processes
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
