Short-Term Virtual Assistant for Email Research & Contact Verification
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me with an online research project. We already have a list of around 200 global public figures / influencers (mixed fields and regions) in a simple text format. Your task is to find each person’s valid and up-to-date business email and organize the results in a Google Spreadsheet. What you will do: - Take the provided list of 200 names - Research and locate their official / publicly listed business email - Verify deliverability using free or standard verification methods (e.g., checking whether the email is active or bouncing-risk) - Enter the results into a Google Spreadsheet (Name / Email / Source URL / Notes on verification) - Work efficiently and communicate proactively if any entries cannot be confirmed Requirements: 1. Experience with online research & verification 2. Ability to quickly identify legitimate business emails (not fan mail, not outdated addresses) 3. Organized, proactive, and fast turnaround 4.
