Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert Needed to Improve Product Page & Increase Sales
We are looking for an experienced Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to improve the conversion rate of our ecommerce store selling a premium red light therapy hair growth device.
Our store receives traffic and engagement, but conversion to purchase is low. We need an expert who understands ecommerce psychology, trust building, and product page optimization — not just design changes.
The goal of this project is to significantly increase purchases by improving the customer journey, trust signals, and product page structure.
Scope of Work
The selected expert will analyze our Shopify store and implement improvements including:
1. Product Page Conversion Optimization
Improve product page structure and layout
Optimize above-the-fold section
Improve product messaging and value proposition clarity
Improve product description and benefit explanation
Optimize call-to-action placement and design
Improve mobile and desktop experience
2. Trust & Credibility Improvements
Add and optimize trust signals
Improve guarantee and refund presentation
Improve product authority positioning
Optimize social proof placement (reviews, testimonials)
Improve perceived product value and credibility
3. Conversion Psychology & Sales Flow
Optimize customer journey from landing to checkout
Reduce purchase hesitation and friction
Improve price justification and value communication
Add urgency and risk-reversal elements where appropriate
Improve persuasion flow (problem → solution → proof → trust → purchase)
4. UX & User Experience Improvements
Improve page clarity and readability
Reduce confusion and friction points
Optimize layout for higher engagement

5. Checkout & Funnel Optimization
