Job Description –
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint GCCH, Online, and On‑Premises environments in an enterprise setting
• Own SharePoint administration, including farm configuration, server maintenance, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Design, develop, and support business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate integrated with SharePoint
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Nintex workflows supporting complex business processes
• Plan and execute SharePoint migrations using Share Gate, including assessment, remediation, execution, and validation
• Troubleshoot critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, product owners, and cross‑functional teams
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design and best practices
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance standards
Required Skills
• SharePoint Online and On‑Premises L2/L3 support
• Power Apps and Power Automate development and support
• SharePoint server administration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 administration and governance
• Nintex workflows development and support
• Sharegate‑based SharePoint migrations
• ITIL‑aligned support processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience in ITAR‑compliant and GCCH environments
• Project Server administration
• Team's migrations using AvePoint Fly
• AvePoint Cloud Governance
