Responsibilities (vary by role):
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Perform precision polishing, plating, or toolmaking tasks
• Support production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Technical or mechanical skills related to the position
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
