Required Skills: · ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping · Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations · 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management aned monitoring and integrations · Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations and consulting on implementation with large enterprises. · Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure · Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to monitoring including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services. · 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions · 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience · 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor's tool products · Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries · Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert Desired Skills: · ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA) · CIS Event Management · Micro certification Health log analytics · ServiceNow AIOPS certification · Web Development experience a significant plus · Javascripting experience ITIL®v3 Expert designation This offer from "MHK TECH INC" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 77% flex score.
