Development Business Administrator
Cypress Creek Renewables is a company focused on developing sustainable energy solutions through utility-scale and distributed solar and storage projects. They are seeking a Development Business Administrator to support multiple Development teams by coordinating and documenting development activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring effective internal communication.ResponsibilitiesSupporting and maintaining internal conversations between Development, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Digital, and VendorsOnboarding vendors and maintaining vendor relationshipsCreating and managing Purchase Orders (and other payments) and invoices on a daily basisMaintain projections of upcoming payments to inform project budgets and cash forecastsExecuting time-sensitive payments and other financial commitments to entities like, but not limited to, landowners, utilities, government institutions, and nonprofitsTroubleshooting and identifying solutions to concerns that Development, Account Payable, Systems Management, Vendors, and/or Third-Party Consultants may haveSupporting the upkeep of Development and Construction data across systems and platformsUploading and naming files in SharePoint using Document Management Policy conventionAdding Site Control agreement info (including contact info) into SitetrackerSupport in external Data Room creation and organization of files in Data RoomTrack required project deliverables (project memo, schedule, budget, etc.) and ensure that projects have required items based on their Stage Gating stageSkillsA bachelor's degreeExperience in previous Administrator roles, especially supporting a large, distributed teamStrong Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft excel, skills requiredStrong work ethic and ability to self-start in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsResults driven and solutions orientedConfidence to take initiative to figure it out, but also to ask questions when neededStrong organization skills and attention to detailAbility to work with little supervision and to seek help when neededDemonstrated team-first mentality and willingness to do whatever it takesEmbrace and live by the mission and values of Cypress Creek RenewablesSalesforce and DocuSign experience is a plus, but not requiredBenefits15 days of Paid Time Off, accrual up to 20 days, 11 observed holidays.401(k) MatchComprehensive package including medical, dental, vision and health insuranceWellness stipend, family planning stipend, and generous parental leaveTuition ReimbursementPhone Bill ReimbursementCompany SwagCompany OverviewCypress Creek Renewables is an independent power producer that develops utility-scale and distributed solar and energy storage projects.
