Servicenow Developer/Admin (Part-time)
Part-Time ServiceNow Administrator / Developer
We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Administrator / Developer to support and enhance an existing enterprise ServiceNow environment on an ongoing part-time basis.
This role will focus heavily on platform enhancements, workflow improvements, troubleshooting, and operational support across multiple ServiceNow modules and user experiences.
Responsibilities:
⢠Build and modify ServiceNow catalog items
⢠Update UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflows
⢠Support Flow Designer enhancements and troubleshooting
⢠Modify workflow-driven notifications and approval processes
⢠Troubleshoot Service Portal behavior, state transitions, and portal widgets
⢠Support inbound email actions, assignment logic, and production issue resolution
⢠Assist with Demand Management and custom workflow enhancements
⢠Modify Service Operations Workspace forms and UI behavior
⢠Partner with internal teams on ongoing platform improvements and support needs
Required Experience:
⢠Strong ServiceNow Administration and Development experience
⢠Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and Business Rules
⢠Experience supporting Service Portal and Workspace customizations
⢠Experience troubleshooting workflows, notifications, approvals, and inbound actions
⢠Strong JavaScript / Glide scripting experience
⢠Comfortable supporting existing enterprise ServiceNow environments
Preferred:
⢠Demand Management / PPM experience
⢠Experience working in operational support and enhancement environments
⢠Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Location: Houston preferred
