ServiceNow Developer Job Location: Reston, VA (100% Remote) Implementing ServiceNow – ITSM connect to other modules • Developer and Admin role. Manager will be delighted to see someone with ServiceNow Architect exp; however the focus is development • 5 years + experience designing workflows, working with and do discovery with business owners, understand what’s really needed and what’s done. • Hit the ground running from day 1 • Working with 3-4 engineers (admins/developers) • Design workflows, administer the tool, implementation • Currently doing implementation (setting up servers, putting in foundation information) Certifications – Required - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Developer - Associate • Prefer Professional / Expert level. He will be looking at the level of certification. Nice to have: Exp with other Modules - ITAM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, SPM, EGRC Healthcare Experience – Not required but very helpful Job Description: • Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and architecture. • Develop user-centric workflows and intuitive interfaces within the ServiceNow platform. • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and with the highest quality. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members. • Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks. • Assist in troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and ensuring platform stability. • Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions • Stay current on ServiceNow's best practices, trends, and new functionality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SNOW modules and capabilities, other systems and processes. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality. • Perform other duties as needed or assigned. The Skills You'll Bring • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred). • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Accomplished with integrating ServiceNow and other systems using APIs or other integration methods. • Adept with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs.
