You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care, resolving customer issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their concerns, and providing personalized support. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support services through inbound phone calls, chat, and email * Resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs * Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their concerns and providing personalized support * Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals * Stay up-to-date with client-specific products and services to provide accurate information and support * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Schedule and Flexibility** As a remote contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to create a work schedule that works best for you, within client and contract hours of operation. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you will have the opportunity to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. **Earnings and Revenue** Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software **Technology and Equipment Requirements** * Quiet and secure work environment during working hours * Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity * Mobile home internet or Satellite internet service is not supported by any client * Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app. **Work Environment Requirements** * Quiet, uninterrupted space * Organized desk area **Unapproved Locations** Please note that the following locations are not approved for remote work from home contractors: * Alaska * Allenspark, Colorado * California * Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado * Connecticut * Delaware * Denver, Colorado * Edgewater, Colorado * Eldora, Colorado * Eldorado Springs, Colorado * Flagstaff, Arizona * Gold Hill, Colorado * Gunbarrel, Colorado * Hawaii * Hygiene, Colorado * Illinois * Michigan * Maine * Massachusetts * Maryland * Minneapolis, Minnesota * New Jersey * New York * Niwot, Colorado * Oregon * Rhode Island * St. Paul, Minnesota * Tucson, Arizona * Vermont * Virginia * Washington * Washington DC **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
