Position: SEO Specialist (Remote) We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize search engine strategies that drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in both technical and content-driven SEO, and a proven track record of improving search visibility. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals. • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices across all digital assets. On‑Page Optimization • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture for improved rankings and user experience. • Ensure all web pages follow on‑page SEO best practices, including title tags, meta descriptions, header structures, and image optimization. • Work with copywriters to create SEO‑friendly content that drives engagement and conversions. Technical SEO • Conduct technical site audits to identify crawl, indexation, and performance issues. • Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, redirects, and canonicalization. • Monitor and maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and schema markup. Off‑Page Optimization • Develop and execute link‑building strategies to strengthen domain authority and search rankings. • Manage outreach efforts, partnerships, and digital PR initiatives to build quality backlinks. • Monitor backlink profiles and ensure compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz. • Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. • Stay updated on algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging search technologies (e.g., voice search, AI‑driven SEO). Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3‑5 years of proven experience in SEO. • Agency experience is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz. • Experience with CMS platforms (Word Press, Shopify, Drupal, etc.). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Knowledge of content marketing, keyword intent, and SEO copywriting. • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills. • Certifications in Google Analytics, Hub Spot, or SEO‑specific platforms are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
