Licensed Counselor (must be LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) Florida Remote

Position: Remote Licensed Counselor We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Virtual Counselor to join our team and provide remote mental health support to individuals in need. As a Virtual Counselor, you will utilize your expertise in counseling and therapeutic techniques to assist clients in navigating their emotional and psychological challenges. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients using secure and confidential communication platforms. 2. Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. 3. Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment. 4. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns. 5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. 6. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers as needed for comprehensive client care. 7. Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health and incorporate best practices into your therapeutic approach. 8. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: 1. Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. 2. Current licensure as a therapist in the state of Florida. 3. Proven experience in providing HIPAA-compliant virtual counseling services. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team. 6. Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards. 7. Comfortable using technology for virtual sessions and record-keeping. 8. Be pre-paneled with a minimum of one insurance company, preferably Optum. 9. Current malpractice insurance 10.
