As the SEO Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our online presence and driving organic traffic to new heights. Your primary focus will be co-managing the team with our SEO Manager, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest techniques and strategies to deliver exceptional results. If you're passionate about SEO and eager to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!Position ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and cultivate a team of SEO professionals, instilling a culture of continuous learning and professional growthEstablish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and objectives for team members, providing consistent guidance and constructive feedback to drive individual and collective excellenceDevelop and implement comprehensive metrics to measure departmental performance, regularly updating senior management on progress and achievementsConduct regular training sessions and performance evaluationsExercise oversight across all aspects of SEO, from comprehensive keyword research to meticulous on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and impactful link-building initiativesFoster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with overarching marketing objectives, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency and impactOther duties as assigned by managementRequirementsProven track record as an SEO professional with at least 4 years of experience in the field2+ years of strong leadership and management experienceIn-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practicesExperience managing or leading a team of SEO team membersProficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrushExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to adapt quickly to evolving SEO trends and algorithmsThe total compensation for this salaried exempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, the potential for bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location.
