Senior Virtual Safety Coordinator - Full Time - Night Shift

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the virtual safety companion workflow and monitor assigned patient populations
Evaluate patient initiation criteria and assign monitoring responsibilities to virtual safety companions
Ensure patients are properly connected to the camera device for remote monitoring
Act as a liaison between the virtual safety companion team, nursing staff, and operations manager
Escalate patient conditions and provide guidance to virtual safety companions during assigned shifts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of related experience
Experience as a supervisor, team lead, or coordinator is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for patients across different age groups
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual skills are preferred
Experience in a healthcare-related role is beneficial
Familiarity with virtual monitoring technologies is advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills can enhance candidacy
Previous experience in a high-stress, fast-paced environment is a plus
