Senior Vice President of Operations
The Company is seeking an SVP of Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing operational strategies, as well as directing the work of the company's manufacturing and service operations. This role involves oversight of all employees at the manufacturing plants and service centers, setting annual budget targets and KPIs, and delivering a comprehensive functional 3-year strategy. The SVP of Operations will also be tasked with ensuring effective collaboration with sales, finance, HR, and innovation teams, and driving continuous operational improvement. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic planning process, providing forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring safe work practices, managing daily operations, and developing high-performing teams.
