Senior User Acquisition Manager(Asia)
Hellyeah AI is hiring a hands-on Senior User Acquisition Manager to help scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other performance channels.
We are an AI-first performance marketing company working with mobile apps, gaming, AI/SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and iGaming clients.
This role is for someone who can actually get inside ad platforms, build campaigns, analyze performance, and make smart optimization decisions. This is not a strategy-only role.
Responsibilities:
β’ Build, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad platforms
β’ Manage campaign structure, budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing, and performance pacing
β’ Analyze CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion quality, and funnel performance
β’ Identify what is working, what is wasting budget, and what needs to be tested next
β’ Work with creative teams to turn performance data into new ad angles and creative briefs
β’ Monitor campaigns daily and prepare weekly performance insights
β’ Help create repeatable playbooks for campaign setup, testing, optimization, and scaling
β’ Support client-facing strategy when needed
Requirements:
β’ 4+ years of hands-on paid media or user acquisition experience
β’ Strong experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads
β’ Working knowledge of TikTok Ads
β’ Experience with Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, or mobile ad networks is a plus
β’ Experience with mobile apps, gaming, AI/SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or iGaming is a plus
β’ Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, pixels, events, UTMs, GA4, MMPs, or similar tools
β’ Ability to explain performance clearly: what happened, why it happened, and what to do next
β’ Strong written English
β’ Comfortable working remotely with daily accountability
Important:
This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable opening ad accounts, building campaigns, checking data, finding issues, and making optimization decisions yourself.

This role is for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who can keep clients and internal teams aligned. You do not need to be a media buyer, but you should understand digital marketing, paid media, client service, and how to keep work moving.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
- Join client calls, take clear notes, and turn discussions into action items
- Track tasks, deadlines, approvals, blockers, and next steps across client accounts
- Coordinate between marketing, creative, operations, and leadership
- Make sure client requests are documented and routed to the right internal owner
- Prepare weekly client updates, summaries, and meeting recaps
- Help keep client hubs, project boards, and internal trackers accurate
- Flag risks, delays, unclear requests, or client issues early
- Support account leads with reporting, scheduling, and client-facing organization
- Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements:
- 2+ years of account management, client success, project coordination, or agency experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very organized and comfortable managing multiple clients or projects at once

- Ability to turn messy conversations into clear tasks and next steps
