Senior Technical Success Manager
Job Description: A Senior Technical Success Manager will provide our users with analysis, advice and, when required, partner with other specialized teams to quickly develop and execute a plan to help resolve their technical or process issues.Job Responsibilities:Own the technical health of an account by acting as the primary point of contactDevelop, coordinate (across multiple teams as required), and implement a resolution plan Coordinate with other team members to aggregate issues across accounts and present to product teams for evaluationProvide Success Managers with findings that could affect user-specific Success PlansTrack/identify trends with support cases to provide product teams with strategic areas of focusCommunicate and present status updates to internal and external executive leadershipQualifications:3+ years of either consulting, product support or development in an infrastructure or engineering design environmentExposure to BIM policies, procedures, and processesAwareness of Bentley products and their relationship with Bentley product lines and brandsExperience with ProjectWise, OpenRoads, MicroStation, or SYNCHRO a plusPossess strong organizational skills, including critical thinking and problem solvingAbility to manage multiple accounts and complex project initiativesFluent in English and able to clearly present information through the spoken or written wordPosition is remote or hybrid (if you live near a Bentley office), with limited travel Originally posted on Himalayas
