As a Recruiter, you will identify candidates that align with role requirements and client cultures, while thriving in ambiguity and quickly learning new industries.ResponsibilitiesPick up and run with searches across multiple industries and role types, often outside your prior domain expertiseProactively engage passive candidates through outreach and networkingConduct robust candidate sourcing, screening, and interview schedulingWork closely with Account Managers to thoroughly understand role requirements, client culture, and market conditionsEnsure the candidate experience exceeds industry standards by being prompt, compassionate, insightful, and always following throughFoster strong and lasting relationships with candidates from all walks of lifeSkills4+ years of direct placement recruiting experience, ideally across multiple industries or functional areas we serveComfortable stepping into unfamiliar roles or industries and quickly building fluencyNaturally inquisitive – asks thoughtful, probing questions to uncover candidate and client needsAbility to communicate effectively across all levels – from skilled trades professionals to executive leadershipApproaches recruiting as a consultative process, not a transactional oneDemonstrated relationship-building skills and a consistent commitment to a high-quality candidate experienceProven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and databases such as Indeed and Monster, as well as a deep understanding of any applicant tracking software (we use Bullhorn)High standards for your work and a consistent, self-driven approach to improvementFocus, consistency, and maturity to work remotely, sometimes working odd hours to meet candidate's scheduling needsExperience recruiting across both hourly/field roles and professional or executive positionsBackground in agency environments with varied client types or industriesDemonstrated success ramping quickly in new markets or verticalsExposure to both contingent and retained search modelsPrior experience working in a fully remote capacity in a performance-driven roleDirect experience using Bullhorn as your primary ATSBenefitsA thoughtful and engaging remote work environmentUnlimited Paid Time OffParental LeaveMedical and Dental CoverageLife and Short-Term Disability Insurance401k with 3% matchCompany OverviewTrueline is a marketing and consulting company that offers design, strategy, and consulting services.
