We invite a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team and contribute to an exciting project transforming payment management across the European automotive industry. You’ll apply your technical and project management expertise to maintain and optimize our digital payments platform, supporting the team in improving its stability, performance, and efficiency. This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) with the availability to travel across Europe. What's in it for you: Join a fast-growing company building Europe’s new standard for payment management in the automotive industry Work on an innovative platform that automates and simplifies payment and receivables processes Gain valuable fintech expertise and grow your skills in technical project management ✅ I s that you? 6+ years of experience working in a technical team environment Basic understanding of JavaScript and Node.js Advanced knowledge of networks, system architecture, and IT security concepts Degree in Computer Science or similar technical education Strong client communication skills for effective requirement gathering Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, simple language Solid organizational skills for managing tasks and timelines Problem-solving mindset and comfort with complex challenges Self-motivation and detail-oriented work ethic Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills Desirable: Knowledge of Italian or Spanish (plus) Fintech domain knowledge and experience Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you’ll coordinate technical projects and collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality backend applications.
