Join us and become part of shaping the future of developer tools.About the RoleThe Technical Product Manager will function as a key contributor in the Product organization and will have ownership of a core set of our technology platform's capabilities. This Product role spans the spectrum from ideation-strategizing to execution-delivery and everything in between.You will contribute to the roadmap for business-critical technology services of the organization. You will be putting a product lens on all work within your area of the technology platform. You will establish and manage relationships throughout the product and engineering teams, enabling the creation of fast, efficient, reusable and capable shared services and data solutions that power the omnichannel experience.Additionally, you will set shared expectations and advise partners through effective communication to share set business goals of improving the customer experience.What You’ll Be DoingYou will define the product vision and strategy for the self-service customer experience teamYou will work extremely closely with sales and engineering to deliver the best possible customer experienceYou will create a product roadmap from conception to launch, driving product vision & roadmap, and weighing tradeoffs to determine and deliver the most high-impact product experiencesYou will balance quick wins, experimentation, and tech-debt with a longer-term feature roadmapYou will work closely with product and engineering leadership across the org to clearly understand cross-team dependencies and come up with concrete execution plans that will help meet our customer needs while balancing the realities of shipping highly complex software across multiple teamsYou will work closely with the data analytics team to identify and quantify success criteria for all your products and featuresYou will research and interview customers to ensure a thorough understanding of their pain points and identify the highest priorities across our broad customer baseYou’ll Be A Good Fit If You Have4+ years of product management and/or experience managing complex technical productsStrong product sense and have demonstrated experience synthesizing large sets of information into clean, easy-to-understand and actionable product requirementsExperience brainstorming vague ideas and turning them into concrete specs while working with engineering and design teamsExcellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skillsExcellent written and communication skillsGood at dealing with ambiguity and clearly synthesizing actionable next stepsBias for actionAbility to dive deep and get into the weeds while maintaining the ability to zoom out and think big pictureNice to haveExperience writing client libraries and SDKsRelevant experience handling product-led growth at a B2B SaaS companyExperience with the developer-tools ecosystem
