**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based applications and microservices architecture
* Proven experience in leading technical teams and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS and OpenShift (Kubernetes)
* Experience with containerization, orchestration, and service mesh technologies
* Strong knowledge of API design, development, and security
* Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based applications and microservices architecture
