Are you? We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is hands-on, sharp, and deeply proactive, someone who operates like a headhunter, not an order-taker. This role is critical to our growth and to how the market experiences us as an employer. You will be the face of the company to talent , owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while actively shaping our employer brand and long-term talent strategy. This is not a purely strategic role. We want someone who enjoys being close to the work, actively sourcing, engaging candidates directly, and building strong talent pipelines. We are open to candidates coming from different environments. Responsibilities: Own and drive end-to-end recruitmen t for senior and critical roles, from intake to offer. Act as a headhunter : proactively source, map markets, and approach top talent rather than relying solely on inbound candidates. Build and continuously nurture a high-quality talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, challenging and influencing when needed. Lead and strengthen employer branding initiatives across channels (LinkedIn, events, referrals, candidate experience). Leverage AI tools and recruitment automations to improve sourcing, screening, and overall hiring efficiency. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience , reflecting our values and culture at every touchpoint. Represent the company externally with professionalism, confidence, and credibility.
