We are currently searching for a Senior Tableau Developer:

Responsibilities
β€’ Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards to support business analytics needs.
β€’ Create complex Excel-based reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualizations.
β€’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from our client to gather requirements and deliver timely reporting solutions.
β€’ Support report development and maintenance on internal reporting applications as required.
β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization.
β€’ Document reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
β€’ Continuously improve reporting solutions by applying best practices and new Tableau and Excel features.
β€’ Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders regarding status, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements
β€’ 8–12 years of experience in reporting and analytics roles.
β€’ Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard and report development.
β€’ Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
β€’ Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros/VBA.
β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
β€’ Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired
β€’ Experience in US Healthcare and Insurance domains.
β€’ Knowledge or exposure to WebFOCUS.
β€’ Ability to quickly learn new or internal reporting tools.

Languages
β€’ Advanced Oral English.
β€’ Native Spanish.
