About the Role – Senior Systems Administrator We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by providing technical expertise and support to our internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid remote opportunity, offering a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from home and collaborate with our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Field Implementation efforts, including significant travel to hospitals across the US, to ensure successful deployment of our medical device and software offerings Perform hands-on installation work at customer locations, providing technical expertise and support to our customers Develop a deep understanding of the installation process for HealthCast products, with a focus on optimizing our deployment methodologies Provide effective communication, both verbally and in written form, to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded Conduct on-site IT trainings to hospital staff on our products, providing guidance on how to configure their environment for optimal use Ensure installation work meets the highest quality and customer service standards, providing "Level 2" technical support for all HealthCast products Collaborate with our Sales Directors and Sales Engineers to provide technical input and support, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction Develop and deploy hardware and software tools that optimize field installations and configurations, providing feedback to R&D on how to make products easier to deploy and support in the field Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 10+ years of experience as an IT professional, with a strong emphasis on Windows-based systems, networking, and wireless technologies. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with experience scripting, deploying equipment in a customer environment, and working in a hospital setting. Additionally, experience with networking technologies, including set up and configuration of routers, switches, VLANs, subnets, firewalls, and general network troubleshooting skills, is highly desirable. A sound background with Microsoft products, including Windows OS, Server, and SQL Server, as well as experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing, including VMWare and Azure, is also preferred.
