Senior System Administrator, Logistics
Why we're looking for you
Our hardware fulfillment is scaling 3x year-over-year. We need a systems leader to evaluate, implement, and own our next-generation logistics infrastructure: a WMS (Fishbowl, Cin7, Blue Yonder) integrated with ERP and deeply connected to Salesforce. You'll architect the solution, build the integrations, and drive adoption.
The impact you'll have
ā¢ Own WMS/ERP implementation from configuration through go-live
ā¢ Architect deep Salesforce integrations maintaining customer-facing visibility
ā¢ Design multi-system data flows across warehouse, finance, CRM
ā¢ Optimize order management, RMA, inventory, and procurement workflows
ā¢ Partner with Finance on asset tracking and reconciliation
ā¢ Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management
ā¢ Future-proof logistics operations for 3-5x growth trajectory
Who you'll work with
ā¢ Reports to: Revenue Operations Manager, Customer Success
ā¢ Logistics leadership for warehouse operations and fulfillment strategy
ā¢ Finance for asset management, depreciation tracking, and GL integration
ā¢ RevOps/Salesforce development team for integration design and implementation
ā¢ IT/Data Engineering for infrastructure, security, and data architecture
ā¢ Customer-facing teams (Sales, Support, CS) as stakeholders and end users
What we're looking for
ā¢ 5+ years implementing WMS and ERP systems with deep Salesforce integrations
ā¢ Experience with hardware fulfillment or physical product operations (e-commerce, DTC, hardware SaaS)
ā¢ Fulfillment domain knowledge: order management, multi-warehouse inventory, RMA processes, procurement workflows
ā¢ Hands-on experience implementing WMS platforms (Fishbowl, Cin7, Blue Yonder, ShipHero, Extensiv)
ā¢ ERP systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
ā¢ Strong Salesforce admin skills and custom development knowledge
ā¢ Deep integration knowledge (APIs, webhooks, middleware platforms)
ā¢ Cross-functional collaboration translating technical into business value
ā¢ Pragmatic execution: balance speed with quality, ship MVPs, own problems end-to-end
ā¢ High-growth startup experience preferred
Pay and benefits
ā¢ The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 USD plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package. For salary ranges in other geo locations, please discuss with your recruiter.
