September 13, 2025 As the Senior Sustainability Specialist , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our corporate sustainability initiatives. You will be a key driver of our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts, working cross-functionally to integrate sustainability into our business operations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and a passion for making a tangible impact. You will report directly to senior leadership and provide regular updates on our progress toward sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices. Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key environmental data, including carbon emissions, waste reduction, and energy consumption. Prepare annual sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders. Project Management: Lead and manage sustainability projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization, including supply chain, product development, and operations, to embed sustainability into their processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate our sustainability progress and initiatives to employees, customers, and partners. Respond to inquiries and support external certifications or ratings. Regulatory Compliance: Stay current on environmental regulations and industry standards to ensure company practices are compliant. Innovation: Research and recommend new technologies, programs, and partnerships that can enhance our sustainability performance. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a sustainability-focused role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position. Proven experience in corporate sustainability reporting and data analysis. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex information to various audiences. In-depth knowledge of current environmental and social issues, as well as relevant sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB).
