What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead change management strategies and clarify approaches to business stakeholders
- Determine team readiness for upcoming changes while listening for resistance
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication and training plans
- Facilitate information gathering and assess results to provide gap analysis and actionable recommendations
- Drive advocacy for improvement by leveraging data, feedback, and engagement with associates at all levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis or project management with a focus on change management
- Experience applying processes, tools, and techniques to meet business objectives, including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment

- Experience working in group insurance
- Experience supporting leaders and teams through complex changes
- Experience working with development and engineering teams
