**Senior Strategic Agency Manager, Google Customer Solutions**

We're looking for a Senior Strategic Agency Manager to join our team and help drive business growth and product adoption for Google. **About the Role** As a Senior Strategic Agency Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with a wide range of agency partners to drive business growth and product adoption for Google. You will leverage your executive influencing skills to build strong relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional teams, and work closely with our Large Customer Sales Agency counterparts to align on strategic and product priorities. Your primary focus will be on influencing budget allocation to increase digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our agencies. You will drive alignment on the allocation of strategic resources for these agencies, collaborate with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth, and develop the capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization. **Responsibilities** * Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth objectives, growing agency business by driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of Agency clients. * Own a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement. * Work across levels of agency partners to grow new and existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding business experiences to Google's agency partners. * Collaborate with Large Customer Sales Agency counterparts on cross-channel agencies, align on strategic and product priorities with Google Customer Solutions to provide a cohesive experience to our agencies and their clients. * Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. * Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. * Experience managing agreements or partnerships. * Experience assessing and achieving agency success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and competitive selling. * Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing. * Knowledge of agency business models (digital and traditional), customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies. * Knowledge of traditional versus online marketing strategy and tactics. * Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously. * Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve goals and business objectives to drive growth. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in managing a portfolio of agencies, with a focus on driving business growth and product adoption. * Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. * Proven track record of success in driving business growth and product adoption in a sales or partnership role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop multi-quarter plans for achievement. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range of $126,000-$188,000, with bonus and equity benefits. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and entrepreneurial team of professionals who are passionate about driving business growth and innovation. * Collaborative and fast-paced work environment, with a focus on delivering outstanding business experiences to our agency partners. * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on helping you achieve your long-term career goals. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for driving business growth and innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
