Senior Solutions Architect ( West Coast US )
As part of the technical sales organization you will partner with Account Executives to drive the technical win. Defining and managing proof of value and assuring the Clients attain optimal throughput, latency and relevance.
You will act as a trusted advisor in search and an internal technical sponsor for client stakeholders.
Become part of a highly skilled technical team helping clients deploy next generation semantic search solutions.
Tasks
ā¢ Become an expert in Semantic search to solve real-world problems.
ā¢ Design and deploy resilient, high-availability search architectures capable of handling massive throughput and strict enterprise SLAs.
ā¢ Lead architectural reviews, migration assessments, and workshops focused on search, agentic AI and RAG Solutions. Primarily focused on Semantic Search.
ā¢ Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
ā¢ Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
ā¢ Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Developer Relations and Support to ensure customers have a great experience with the product and the company.
ā¢ Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud native deployments
Requirements
ā¢ 4+ years of technical solution delivery in a customer facing role
ā¢ Experience with Enterprise Sizing & Pricing. Ability to calculate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and model hardware requirements (RAM/CPU) for high-scale distributed systems.
ā¢ Ability to articulate complex technical requirements
ā¢ Experience with Python, Golang and Typescript/JS or equivalent
ā¢ Experience navigating procurement, infosec reviews, and MSA redlines in a technical capacity.
ā¢ Experience tuning a complex system to gain performance and reliability
Bonus
ā¢ Experience with Vector database and other Search solution ( SOLR, Lucene etc. )
