You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to design, validate, and deliver best-in-class solutions across the Athos product suite. This role plays a critical part in both pre-sales and implementation, ensuring that solutions are technically sound, aligned to business goals, and successfully delivered. How You Will Succeed Translate customer business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications for internal teams Partner with Sales and Customer Success to validate technical requirements and propose tailored solutions Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Athos Commerce products, identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization Define implementation success criteria aligned to customer outcomes and business goals Support implementation by managing data connections, validation processes, and system configuration within the Athos platform Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation, UAT, and post-launch support Identify project risks, scope considerations, and potential red flags to ensure smooth delivery timelines Ensure requirements are gathered, validated, and delivered within project timelines Serve as a subject matter expert on Athos Commerce products, staying current on product updates and industry trends Lead internal training sessions and support partner enablement initiatives to drive successful adoption What We're Looking For 6-8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting Experience working within ecommerce ecosystems (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce) Strong understanding of search and discovery technologies, including AI-driven search, recommendation engines, and personalization Proficiency in data integration concepts, including APIs (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, and complex data mapping Frontend literacy with an understanding of JavaScript frameworks and modern commerce architectures Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and implementation plans Experience managing scope, identifying risks, and navigating complex project requirements Experience supporting sales efforts through technical demos and solution validation Strong communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience Demonstrated ability to act as a subject matter expert and drive knowledge sharing internally and externally Experience leading training or enablement initiatives for internal teams or partners Benefits and Company Perks 24 PTOs in a calendar year Company-paid Health Insurance Company-paid Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage Company-paid Accidental Insurance Company-paid Learning & Development (L&D) programmes Flexible work environment – work from home, office, or hybrid Collaborative and innovation-driven work culture Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-powered ecommerce technology Athos Commerce is an equal-opportunity employer and proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
