• Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance
Ideal Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ (and other common languages)
• Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code
• Comfortable with technical writing and high attention to detail
