Primary Responsibilities:Provide endātoāend technical support for strategic financial applications including ARM, PeopleSoft, and BackOffice systemsTechnical Build, Design & Development, Unit Testing, System Integration testing, Code reviews and able to train and mentor othersLead migration initiatives and modernization efforts across the applications, ensuring minimal business disruptionImplement AIābased improvements using AI Builder to enhance efficiency and automation across PeopleSoft and BackOffice processesContribute to planning, performance optimization, and code quality improvementsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:Expertise in Mainframe technologies, including debugging, enhancements, and batch/online processingPeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant having 7+ years of development experience in PeopleSoft applications, PeopleSoft 9.2 and 8.5x tools or higher3+ years of experience working on PeopleSoft Finance Modules - PeopleSoft Financial (FMS / FSCM) - Customer Contracts, Project Costing, Billing, AR (Accounts Receivables), GL (General Ledger)Worked on conversion programs, integrating with other 3rd party applications, modifying and customizing the existing functionalities as per the business requirementsHands on experience in Oracle 19CExperience in conducting design sessions with business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizationsShould be familiar with Agile project methodology and deliveryFamiliar with Onshore-Offshore modelGood understanding of fluid user interface, work center, dashboard, activity guides, data migration workbench, Page and Field Configurator, Event Mapping, Related Content, Related Actions etc.Demonstrated ability to Debug and optimize SQL statements within Query, SQR and Application EngineDemonstrated ability to perform peer review on design, development, documentation, and other efforts, and able to train and mentor othersProven good in Application Designer, Application Packages, People Code, Application Engine, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)Proven good in XML Publisher reporting, Component Interface, Integration Broker, File Layout, Security, Process Scheduler, Data Mover and PS Query toolProven solid communication, analytical, and problemāsolving skills; ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of PHIRE tool (related to Release management)Familiarity with implementing AIādriven features or automation using tools like AI Builder At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
