Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager with a strong leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and a background in backend development. This role will require close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and you must be comfortable navigating a highly structured environment with tight oversight. You’ll be expected to lead by example, manage expectations, and maintain excellent technical and interpersonal communication.
Requirements:
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
Proven experience leading engineering teams.
Strong soft skills, including negotiation, time management, and conflict resolution.
Proficient in Java for backend/API development.
Experience using API tools like Postman, Insomnia, or curl.
Monitoring expertise with tools like DataDog or similar.
Python scripting experience.
Experience using AI tools for development (e.g., Claude, Gemini CLI).
Advanced English communication skills - Minimum C1 level proficiency

Lead a team of engineers and drive technical direction on complex projects.
Design, build, and monitor APIs using Java and Python.
Collaborate with stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and manage team dynamics.
Utilize monitoring tools like DataDog to maintain system health and performance.
Script and automate solutions using Python.
Leverage AI developer tools (Claude, Gemini CLI, etc.) for enhanced productivity.
