Come join us! The Role We are seeking a passionate Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our Applications Engineering team. You’ll work across the stack building performant, scalable, and intuitive applications with React, Node.js, and GraphQL. This team specializes in delivering intelligent web experiences powered by large language models, helping users derive insights faster and more effectively. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design, build, and scale core application features, mentor team members, and partner closely with Product, Design to deliver exceptional customer value. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, design effective solutions, and deliver user-centric products. Build robust APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with frontend applications. Ensure system scalability and performance in a microservices, cloud-native environment. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers. Drive engineering best practices around testing, CI/CD, and DevOps. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong backend development experience, ideally building GraphQL APIs. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservice architecture, caching, and queuing. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset. Nice to Have Experience with Python-based services. Hands-on with Kubernetes or container orchestration in the cloud. Passion for system stability and “shift-left” practices (quality built in from the start). Interest in growing into technical leadership roles.
