Senior Social Media Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies for multiple businesses that enhance brand presence, engage audience, and drive traffic to their platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics.
Duties
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences, utilizing graphic design to create flyers and other digital assets.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall advertising and digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing graphics that enhance brand storytelling.
Requirements
• Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of advertising principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and social listening techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data effectively.
• Experience in making Reels/TikToks is a plus but not required.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
