Senior ServiceNow IRM Consultant Location: Chicago, IL (Remote Hours) Duration: 6 Months Contract Join a forward-thinking team driving impactful risk and compliance transformations through ServiceNow. As a Sr. ServiceNow IRM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering end-to-end Integrated Risk Management solutions that support business goals and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and customize core ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk, tailoring solutions to complex business needs • Craft advanced JavaScript and Glide API scripts to automate and streamline risk and compliance workflows • Lead full lifecycle IRM implementation projects, ensuring seamless delivery from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, translating compliance and risk requirements into effective technical solutions • Integrate IRM modules with other ServiceNow platforms such as ITSM, SecOps, and GRC, creating unified risk management ecosystems • Develop and fine-tune workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations that enhance operational efficiency and compliance accuracy What You Bring: • Deep expertise in ServiceNow scripting and configuration, with strong command of JavaScript and the Glide API • Proven track record implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions within Risk & Compliance frameworks • Experience leading complex projects with the ability to align technical execution with business and regulatory priorities • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset that drive successful stakeholder engagement • A solid understanding of ServiceNow ecosystems and integration best practices Oscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
