Our focus is to drive positive impact through technology.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring high performance and an excellent user experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.Configure and customize Experience Cloud (formerly Communities) and Commerce Cloud.Implement API integrations and middleware solutions.Apply mobile-responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences.Ensure platform security by implementing sharing models and access control.Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and analysis.Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.Provide advisory on Salesforce implementation best practices.Technical RequirementsAdvanced experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).Strong knowledge of Lightning Experience and its limitations.Experience with Experience Cloud templates and branding.Expertise in Experience Builder and content management systems (CMS).Implementation of SSO and authentication.Experience in data modeling and optimization.Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate fluently (both written and spoken).Preferred QualificationsExperience with scalable solutions and Salesforce architecture.Strong understanding of UX design principles and component-based design patterns.Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.If you are passionate about technology and want to be part of a global team driving innovation and positive impact, we would love to meet you!
