As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales and building partnerships with international businesses. This is a high-impact position where you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to onboarding and ongoing relationship management, in a rapidly growing fintech setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the B2B sales pipeline within the Asia-focused market.
Identify and attract new clients interested in cross-border payment and account opening solutions.
Conduct the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and relationship management.
Build partnerships with international businesses, PSPs, agents, and financial partners.
Collaborate closely with internal compliance and operations teams during onboarding processes.
Participate in conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
Maintain CRM records, sales reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B financial sales.
Strong understanding of cross-border payments, account opening, or financial infrastructure products.
Experience working with international clients and Asian markets.
Russian language proficiency and good English communication skills, as the role involves communication with international clients.
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
