Your Role

Responsibilities
Manage the entire legal process from investigation and discovery through trial prep and court proceedings, representing clients in depositions, site inspections, court hearings, trials, etc.
Research applicable laws and findings to develop appropriate legal strategies for all stages of litigation, sharing them with claims representatives and insured clients.
Establish and maintain good relationships with claims representatives and insured clients, occasionally conducting training sessions for Legal, Claims or other departments.
Develop and render clear, unambiguous legal opinions and strategies, drafting legal documents including pleadings and motions.
Requirements
Familiarity with the latest developments in law practice, as well as knowledge in related fields.
Familiarity with insurance law is a plus.
Proficiency with technologies reducing costs and facilitating law practice and remote work.
