Key Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize the production service delivery environment to ensure all services and applications are operating optimally and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Identify and solve problems affecting service delivery across all deployed applications, shared services, middleware, and databases/data stores
Operate and maintain systems supporting the provisioning of new customers, applications, and features
Provide insights on trends requiring proactive action to stay ahead of customers and corporate requirements
Participate in software design and development processes to ensure maximum operational efficiency and architecture services
Develop and deploy software configurations in Quality Assurance and Production environments
Create tools and utilities to support the Operations organization and SaaS service delivery
Deliver level 2/3 support for customer-initiated issues
Maintain and improve the IT infrastructure, including servers, laptops/desktops, networks, and telecommunications
Provide outstanding help desk support to employees
Establish, maintain, and manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and services
Identify systems deficiencies and recommend solutions
Document forecasts, plans, and resolutions for ongoing and future reference
Innovate, promote, and drive the adoption of tools, technologies, policies, and procedures for continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of corporate infrastructure experience
4+ years of experience in Windows environment administration
Hyper-V experience
5+ years of experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating enterprise technologies
3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
3+ years of experience with AWS/Azure
3+ years of experience in scripting and programming
2+ years of experience with help desk, network connectivity, and telecommunications activities

Preferred Technical Skills

Automation using VB, PowerShell, or similar scripting technologies
Deploying and managing virtualized infrastructure
Familiarity with HTML, SCC, Java, and ASP.Net

A builder with experience planning, implementing, and supporting systems, and a desire to learn new applications and tools
Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering results
An effective communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with domestic and international customers and employees
A team player with the ability to establish great rapport with people, and a track record of working successfully with customers and employees

What We Offer
Acumatica is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-115,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additionally, certain roles are eligible for annual bonuses, stock, and sales incentives based on individual performance.
