Position Responsibilities
• Oversee insurance renewals and market submissions, working closely with brokers, insurers and legal counsel.
• Manage and defend insurable claims in collaboration with brokers, adjusters and legal counsel.
• Serve as the secondary contact for risk management partners, providing financial and risk analysis to support business decisions.
• Assess underwriting exposures and insurance quotes to evaluate self-insurance vs. third-party coverage options.
• Coordinate loss control programs with insurance carriers to enhance risk mitigation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree. A focus in Risk Management, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant Risk Management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office. SQL and Power BI skills a plus.
