 Manage the entire recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining an applicant tracking system.
 Collect and evaluate data using valuable metrics, including employee demographics and EEO data.
 Handle semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration, including monthly billing, audits, and enrollments.
 Lead the onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire orientation sessions.
 Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
 Address inquiries related to P&C matters.
 Support team member engagement and implementation of policies and procedures.
 Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
 Coordinate training and development programs.
 Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure P&C compliance.
 Participate in P&C-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
