ā¢ Analyze risks and develop strategic recommendations to support regulatory needs.
ā¢ Lead initiatives aimed at process improvements, ensuring documentation of best practices for ongoing advancement.
Skills
ā¢ 8+ years of experience with a background in operations, project management, or regulatory compliance.
ā¢ Strong analytical skillset and proficiency in tools like SQL and Excel.
ā¢ Excellent organization and communication skills, with a track record in change management.
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effectiveness in fast-paced settings.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Familiarity with CRM or workflow applications such as Salesforce or Asana.
ā¢ Experience with AI tools in compliance or regulatory environments.
ā¢ Background in enabling frontline operations teams with tools and processes.
