Position Overview
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities to support current and future business hiring needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational staffing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
ā¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned open positions.
ā¢ Write and place job advertisements across online and print publications as appropriate.
ā¢ Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess work history, training, education, and technical skills.
ā¢ Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate activity and ensure compliance.
ā¢ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
ā¢ Arrange candidate travel accommodations as needed.
Stakeholder Partnership
ā¢ Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs.
ā¢ Provide proactive updates on recruiting progress, market insights, and candidate pipelines.
ā¢ Advise managers and employees on staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Talent Strategy & Market Engagement
ā¢ Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent pools.
ā¢ Maintain awareness of current hiring trends and market conditions.
ā¢ Support workforce planning initiatives to meet current and future business needs.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 3-5 years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or blended environment).
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree required.
ā¢ Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
ā¢ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
ā¢ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
