Senior Recruiter - Global
We are seeking a recruiter to lead and execute hiring across multiple regions and functions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational recruiting skills with strategic judgment — someone who understands both the art and science of hiring and can adapt their approach across different markets, roles, and hiring managers.You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and close high-quality talent across a wide range of roles — from technical and product to go-to-market and operations — while navigating the nuances of global hiring.Full-Cycle RecruitingOwn end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, GTM, and administrative rolesManage the full lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closingGlobal Hiring ExecutionLead hiring efforts across international markets (e.g., India, Japan, and other regions as needed)Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies based on local market dynamics, candidate expectations, and hiring normsSourcing & Talent MappingProactively source both active and passive candidates using a variety of channelsBuild and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needsStakeholder PartnershipPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteriaProvide guidance on market trends, candidate expectations, and compensation insightsCandidate ExperienceEnsure a high-quality, responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stageEffectively manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups across multiple time zonesTools & ProcessUtilize ATS platforms such as Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse to manage pipelines and reportingPost and manage roles across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and region-specific job boardsContinuously improve recruiting workflows, reporting, and hiring efficiencyQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceDemonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions (technical and non-technical)Experience recruiting in international markets (e.g., India, Japan, or similar regions)Proven ability to source and engage passive candidatesStrong experience managing interview processes, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing candidatesDeep understanding of effective recruiting strategies, tools, and metricsExperience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Ashby, Greenhouse)Hands-on experience posting and managing roles across global and local job boards
