Senior Python Developer Exchange Middle and Back office
## Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python-based backend services to serve real-time and batch risk data at scale.
Build analytics pipelines / dashboards / report using pandas, matplotlib, and plotly for internal stakeholders.
Integrate with data systems such as PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, Redis, and manage workflows via Airflow.
Work closely with the product management team and the global developers.
Work closely with the DevOps team to continuously upgrade and improve the technology stack.
## Requirements
Strong proficiency in Python: In-depth knowledge of Python syntax, libraries(e.g., pandas, numpy, plotly), and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, Dash).
Expertise in SQL: Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL querying, and database optimization techniques.
Must have: Python, pandas, matplotlib, plotly, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Airflow
Nice to have: ClickHouse, Java, Kubernetes/Docker
Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto market,
Proficient in speaking English and experienced in collaboration with global teams.
